Julian is working on clerkship applications. No need to be jealous! It is actually not that fun.
So I made him this dessert, because I want to help the guy out, but am of zero use in editing legal stuff. It's a dessert that has it both ways. It's indulgent and satisfying, but also great brain food. Made with blueberries, Greek yogurt, green tea, and dark chocolate, it's a powerhouse of nutrients!
Uh, or it's just yummy and a nice treat when you're wishing you could turn back the hands of time so you could get a better grade in your freshman year Spanish class. It's multi-purpose like that.
RECIPE: Freeze Greek yogurt in a covered ice tray. Vitamix 6 yogurt cubes, 1 cup of frozen bananas, 1 cup of frozen blueberries, and 2 tablespoons cold green tea. Top with chocolate. Serves 2 generous portions. I topped mine with Amaretto, too, but that's not a superfood. That's just me.
