Jess is dedicated to wellness and is an advanced yogi who has studied with some of the world’s foremost teachers. She maintains an active asana and meditation practice and shares her playful but never preachy take on yoga and mindfulness on social media.
Jess is new to on-camera work but has demonstrated a natural talent for animating the screen with her deep food and wellness knowledge, dry wit, and megawatt smile. In 2018, she won Food Network Star, the network’s flagship show for discovering new voices in food.
