I love bowls, spoons, and my Vitamix. But I didn't want to do just another gloopy thing for the Food 52 Your Best Pudding contest, even if I did plate and photograph it in a nice bowl. So I made this baked version. I was sort of thinking of a twice-baked potato.
And then there's the matter of the teff. Why did I want to make a pudding out of an ancient, obscure grain? Why did I want to submit a hand-held pudding to a pudding contest? I don't know.
